Umphrey's McGee

The Blue Echo at the Northampton show was just a tease by Scott Hannay (sp?) who sat in with the band. They did not play the full song both nights just to clear that up.

great show. love the blue echo, which has almost a harry hood-esque jam to it (not really, but that's the closest thing i can compare it to). really upbeat and melodic. weird that they played it again the next night. no complaints here...just don't pull that shit with waist down. anyway - the echo is quite a contrast with the HBB in the second set, which is a total rager.

This was my first Umphrey's show and even though I listen to them all the time nothing could compare to how badass this show was. After the show me and my friends met Ryan out by the tour bus and requested some songs for the show at House of Blues Thursday, which I am definitely attending. Buy this show!
