Best Umphrey`s Show I have on my computer!!! Second set in ridiculous. Regulator and Billy Jean jams are awesome.
I`ve seen UM all over the country for the 7 years and this was the second time I saw them at Revolution Hall (my all-time favorite venue - intimate setting, great sound and GREAT beer brewed on premises). I have to say that this was one of my favorite shows. It may have something to do with the fact that it was on my birthday, but the 2 sets were amazing. The show flowed perfectly from beginning to end and the Police cover was a real treat. Although The Floor is a fantastic song, I would have loved to see them close the show with Partyin` Peeps or better yet, 40`s Theme. If you haven`t seen a UM show, you aren`t living life to the fullest!
I agree that The Floor didn`t match the energy of the second half of the second set but it is still a killer song. I know some people didn`t dig it after that sick BLBC> Miss Tinkles but I was really pumped to see that song live.
